21-Day Shred app good for
In the app theres not enough videos. Providing video for all 21 days would be the best.
Another thing, all the Grinders are asked to do in empty stomach, but so far as i know working out at empty stomach will effect the muscles directly.
However, its a great app overall. I have started to follow the program, lets see what happens to me in those 21 days.
As of this date there was a huge upgrade and overhaul of this app. It does not show on the store because the update is through your iPhone library. This is a workout guide. Its not customizable. Its similar to p90x in the "do this on this day and eat this" its full of good information the app runs much much smoother now. If youre interested in getting in shape this is a good start.
Stop complaining. Getting shredded isnt easy, neither should the app. It was $5 dollars. I bought a note book for $2 and wrote everything in there, so every day is on one page. Im 10 days in and already seeing good results. I dont know what people expect getting in shape. This isnt an easy program. You need to be extremely dedicated. Maybe you guys should skip the ripped and go for a less intense work out. For the people complaining about price I hear Curves is offering great monthly membership prices.
I just purchased this app after reading all the reviews it actually does work and worth it I have had no issues with it what so ever!
Some bad moments
The content of the book within the app is ok but not great either but the app itself is one of the worst thing I used and it makes it really complicated to see the content well and it takes more than 300 mo on your device... I would. Lt recommend buying the app.
Its not even an app; its an article. Total ripoff. Way too rigid. Terrible navigation. Not customizable. This is a "do exactly this and count every rep, every second, and every calorie" approach. I expected for $5 something that was more interactive and customizable. This is nothing more than an article in a badly arranged "app" format.
Complicated to follow not to do it, and how can I rest for 0 seconds? No sense, better said "continuously" reps . Good luck

I started this right before the holidays on 12/14/15 weighing 175lbs. I lost 10lbs in 7 days by just following the diet. Not doing much physical exercise in the past two years I started exercising after Christmas. I am down to 162 and lost 6% body fat. I followed the diet on the old version strictly and I was seeing weight loss and body fat loss daily. Now with exercising I am maintaining weight and losing body fat. I feel much better about myself and plan to continue this program until I hit my body fat goal and then work on the maintenance diet.
The format of this app is a PDF and it is a little difficult to navigate. But they include vid clips of how to perform the exercises correctly and links for shopping lists. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase. For the price if you are committed to change your body this is a great plan and resource tool.
